Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to craft exceptional beverages, enhance guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends, along with a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Design and recommend innovative cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings.

• Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and service quality.

• Engage with guests professionally, providing beverage recommendations and personalized service.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,



and organization of the bar area at all times.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

• Coordinate effectively with restaurant and service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and mixology techniques.

• Assist in achieving beverage sales targets and promoting premium beverage offerings.

Experience Required

• 4–6 years of experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Specialist.

• Experience in reputed 5-star hotels, luxury clubs, fine dining restaurants, upscale bars, or premium hospitality establishments is preferred.

Required Skills

• Robust knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage pairings.
