Role Description
The Treasury Executive is responsible for managing daily cash and collection reconciliations, monitoring revenue accounting, ensuring accurate recording of expenses, maintaining control and bank account reconciliations, and supporting operational practices in resolving collection-related queries. The role plays a key part in safeguarding the integrity of financial transactions and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirement

· The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Knowledge of UK Accounting & Xero will be preferable.

· Good understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities





· Manage daily reconciliation of fee collections across multiple payment channels, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.

· Responsible for monthly booking and reconciliation of contract income.

· Perform monthly bank and control account reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances.

· Ensure accurate accounting of petty cash and corporate credit card expenses.

· Support practices in resolving collection-related queries and maintaining accurate patient fee records.

· Maintain compliance with internal controls and support month-end financial closing activities.

Qualifications

· Intermediate CA/CMA

· Graduates and postgraduates with relevant UK accounting experience of 2 to 4 years
