Responsibilities
- AI project management: Oversee end-to-end execution of AI-driven projects, from planning to deployment.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Leadership, validation reps and the project team.
- Technical oversight: Ensure AI models and platforms meet pharma-specific compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines defined by Lilly.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 3 years in AI/ML projects. Overall experience 8-12 years.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical RD processes and regulatory frameworks.
- PMP,



PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred, but not a must have.

Mandatory Skill sets:
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies (Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Claude).
- Familiarity with data management and processes in pharma.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
