Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid interpersonal skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance with payroll vendors.
- Manage employee attendance, leave management, and HRMS (ZingHR or similar).
- Conduct employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.




- Coordinate background verification (BGV), medical check-ups, and joining documentation.
- Manage vendor coordination related to recruitment, background verification, and employee benefits.
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, and learning & development initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to support manpower planning and organizational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
