Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a regular basis.
- Identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical activities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for planning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
- Track productivity, resource utilization, and project performance.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
- Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure timely availability.
- Assist in preparation of project cash flow, manpower histograms, and resource planning.
- Participate in project review meetings and present planning updates.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual milestones.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of construction planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle, CPM, and Earned Value Management (preferred).
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
