About the Role

At Garner Business, we are focused on driving topline growth through strategy, technology, sales, and marketing. To help us scale, we are looking for a hands-on, highly organized
Marketing Lead
(5–6 years of experience) to own market presence end-to-end.

This is a true hybrid role designed for a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be responsible for defining how the brand speaks to the world, researching our market, executing daily campaign engines, and managing the foundational HubSpot setups that ensure our leads are captured and tracked accurately.

Core Pillars & Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Market & Competitive Research:
Conduct target audience profiling, competitive analysis, and industry research to uncover insights that inform our go-to-market strategies.
- Brand Positioning:
Develop and refine brand messaging frameworks, value propositions, and core narratives that differentiate Garner and our clients in the B2B services space.
- Strategy Translation:




Take high-level business objectives and turn them into concrete, multi-channel marketing blueprints and campaign plans.

2. RevOps Strategy & HubSpot Management
- HubSpot/CRM Ownership:
Serve as the primary manager of HubSpot or similar CRMs, ensuring it remains organized, cleanly documented, and functioning as our central marketing system of record.
- Funnel Alignment:
Map out and manage basic lead lifecycle stages, scoring mechanisms, and easy contact routing to ensure marketing data flows cleanly to sales.
- Campaign Instrumentation:
Set up essential tracking architecture—including UTM parameters, lead capture forms, and tracking scripts—so we can accurately measure where our leads come from.

3. Email Setup & Management
- Campaign Execution:
Own the end-to-end email marketing engine, from drafting copy and building templates to hitting "send" on newsletters and product updates.
