Architect Scalable Solutions:
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with product vision and long-term platform strategy
- Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture and an implementation plan
- Drive architecture discussions and design reviews across engineering teams
- Create reusable design patterns while balancing scalability, performance,
and cloud economics
- Build solution architectures, define component interactions, and provide architectural guidance throughout development
Drive Engineering Excellence
- Continuously improve engineering processes to ensure high code quality and predictable releases
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Technical Governance, QA, and Product teams.
- Validate estimations covering design, development, and testing activities.
- As a Scrum Master, define sprint goals, monitor velocity, burndown, defect density, and defect leakage to improve delivery predictability
