About the Role

Wrap2Earn is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, content coordination, PR, email marketing, social media, and client communication.

This role requires excellent coordination skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, agencies, media partners, and creative resources to execute marketing campaigns efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations (PR)
- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners for brand visibility initiatives.
- Assist in drafting press releases, media notes, and PR briefs.
- Track media coverage and maintain PR reports.
- Identify relevant media opportunities for campaigns and company achievements.

Awards & Industry Recognition
- Research relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities.




- Coordinate campaign data, case studies, creatives, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit award nominations within timelines.
- Maintain an annual awards submission calendar.

Newsletter & Email Marketing
- Plan and coordinate monthly newsletters.
- Work with the design and content teams to develop email campaigns.
- Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and engagement.

Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients for video shoots, testimonials, campaign coverage, and case studies.
- Manage shoot schedules, approvals, logistics, and communication.
- Ensure all required assets and information are available before production.
- Act as the point of contact between clients, creative teams, and production partners.

Social Media & Content Marketing
