About the Role

Ankur Export is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Export Sales Merchandiser
to manage international buyer inquiries, coordinate export orders, and ensure the smooth execution from order confirmation through shipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in export merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with overseas buyers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from international buyers and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with overseas customers regarding product development, quotations, sampling, pricing, and order confirmation.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.




- Track order status from development to shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding production updates and shipment schedules.
- Develop new product presentations based on buyer requirements and market trends.
- Work closely with the design and product development team for current collections in
Pet Ware & Houseware
.
- Maintain order records, merchandising reports, and buyer communication.
- Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Merchandising or International Sales Coordination.
- Experience in
Pet Ware, Houseware, Kitchenware, Stainless Steel Products, or Home Décor
will be preferred.
- Good understanding of export documentation and international order processing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
