- CTC INR 3.6 lakhs - 4.2 lakhs per annum.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management,



or related discipline

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee relations

• Experience in handling end-to-end hiring processes

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements

• Experience working in consulting, engineering, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, or startup environments will be an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding

• Coordinate with business leaders and technical teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities

• Build talent pipelines for geology, mining, engineering, environmental, GIS, and corporate fun
