*We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Advisor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career path in creative fields. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for counseling, sales, and student engagement.*

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Counsel students and parents on various courses offered by the institute*
- *Provide detailed information about programs, career opportunities, and industry scope*
- *Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries (phone, email, and direct visits)*
- *Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups*
- *Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads*
- *Achieve monthly admission targets*
- *Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams*
- *Participate in seminars, events,



and promotional activities*

*Required Skills*
- *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
- *Strong convincing and negotiation ability*
- *Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts*
- *Ability to work in a target-driven setting*
- *Good organizational and follow-up skills*

*Qualification*
- *Any Degree (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)*

*Experience*
- *0 to 3 years (Experience in education counseling or sales is an added advantage)*

*Salary*
- *₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)*
