Job Title: HR Executive (2+ Years Experience)Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and statutory compliance while supporting the overall HR operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary administration.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.




- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee confirmation processes.
- Organize training and development activities as required.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment status reports.
- Support day-to-day HR administration and office coordination.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
