Role Description
The Marketing GTM role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning and executing go-to-market strategies for Escalara’s products and features, including market analysis, positioning, and launch activities. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to define target segments, craft value propositions,



and develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The role involves tracking performance metrics, gathering feedback from the field, refining messaging, and preparing sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies. The Marketing GTM professional will also support customer-facing events, strengthen brand presence in key markets, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex ideas in a simple, compelling way.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Experience in marketing strategy and go-to-market planning, including segmentation, positioning, and campaign development.
- Background in sales collaboration and customer service, with the ability to work
