We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international BFSI blended process. This role focuses on providing customer support for tax-related investment queries through voice and chat channels.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- 6–12 months of BFSI experience
- Mandatory experience in Taxation, Tax Documentation, or Investment Tax Reporting
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice and chat related to taxation and investment reports.
- Assist customers with annual tax certificates, capital gains, dividend tax withholding, and other tax documentation.
- Explain tax-related financial statements and provide accurate information on investment products.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Meet productivity and quality KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
