Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Drive sales and business development for used asset financing segments.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local dealers, and brokers to ensure a steady pipeline.

• Market Penetration: Identify new market opportunities in the Bhilai-Durg region to increase loan disbursements.

•End-to-End Loan Processing: Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth verification, documentation, and timely login/disbursement of files.

•Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business and collection targets.

Requirements & Experience Needed

• Segment Expertise: Proven experience in the Used Vehicle/Asset segments, specifically focusing on:





• Tractors

• JCB / Construction Equipment

• Commercial Vehicles (CV)

• Pre-owned Cars

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business and collection targets.

• Local Market Knowledge: Deep geographical understanding of the Bhilai-Durg region and established local networks.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience: Prior experience in a bank, NBFC, or vehicle finance company is required.
