Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telly Caller role based in the Mohali district. The Telly Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote company services, respond to inquiries, and provide explicit information about offerings in entertainment and digital media. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following scripted and customized pitches, updating customer databases,



and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams on leads and follow-ups. The role involves meeting call and conversion targets, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to customer relationship building. The Telly Caller will also support campaign execution by sharing updates, collecting responses, and communicating any issues or trends observed during calls.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and listening skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
