Skills And Competencies
- Extensive 15–20+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility for complex global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Deep expertise in United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls, financial compliance, accruals, prepaids, cash accounting, and expense recognition
- Proven ability to lead large global accounting organizations, including management of senior leaders and oversight of onshore and offshore delivery models
- Solid executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal, Audit, and external audit functions
- Demonstrated success leading finance transformation initiatives involving process standardization, automation, systems enhancements, and operating model evolution
- Advanced proficiency with enterprise financial systems and accounting platforms, including SAP, BlackLine, reconciliation tools,



and consolidation processes
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency while promoting responsible AI governance and risk management

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting designation strongly preferred
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
