Job Title: - Deputy General Manager - Civil - Projects Location: - Korba Chhatisgarh Purpose The Deputy General Manager - Civil - Projects will play a pivotal leadership role within Adani’s Power/Energy division, steering large-scale civil construction projects from inception through commissioning.
This position demands a seasoned professional adept at managing complex project environments, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while aligning with Adani’s core values of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role
- Project Planning and Execution:



Lead and oversee all civil engineering activities related to power and energy projects including site preparation, foundation work, structural works, and finishing.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Quality Management: Enforce stringent quality control procedures for all civil works, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Regularly conduct site inspections and audits to maintain high standards of workmanship and material usage.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Facilitate smooth communication and resolve technical and commercial issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Resource Management: Optimize deployment of human and material resources by coordinating with procurement, logistics, and HR teams.
Ensure adequate manpower with required skill sets is available at the project site.
