The Role:
We are seeking a Chief Contracts Manager for our Bhopal Metro project
- Lead contract management activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements in contract execution.
- Mitigate risks through effective contract analysis, dispute resolution, and claim management.
- Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and legal departments to align contracts with project goals.
- Monitor contractor performance and address contractual deviations.
- Provide strategic advice on contractual matters and support decision-making processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, industry standards, and best practices.
- Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering
- Minimum experience: 20+ years post qualification
- Mandatory requirement: 3+ years experience in Metro rail/Large Infrastructure projects
