Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, developers, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, presenting suitable property options, and coordinating with internal teams to support transactions. The Relationship Manager will handle inquiries, maintain detailed records in CRM systems,



follow up on leads, and prepare basic reports and proposals. The role also involves participating in site visits, supporting negotiations under guidance, and representing RA Synergy professionally at client meetings and events.

Qualifications
- Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond clearly to client needs.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience or aptitude in lead follow-up, presentation of offerings, and closing opportunities.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining accurate records, using CRM tools, and preparing basic reports and documentation.
- Collaboration and teamwork capabilities, including working effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in Hind
