We are looking for a agile and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Bonus, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, HR files.
- Handle disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
- Problem solving ability

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, PF/ESIC

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
