About the Role
This is not an Executive Assistant role.
This is a strategic leadership role that combines behavioural psychology, executive support, business strategy and organizational effectiveness.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, acting as a trusted thinking partner responsible for improving decision-making, preparing strategic meetings, strengthening communication, and ensuring the founder operates at peak effectiveness.
You should be equally comfortable discussing behavioural psychology, business strategy, AI, organizational design, and leadership.
Purpose of the Role
Help the Founder think better, decide faster, communicate clearly and execute consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Meeting Preparation
Prepare briefing notes before meetings.
Research companies, industries, stakeholders and opportunities.
Develop discussion frameworks.
Prepare strategic questions.
Attend meetings where required.
Document key decisions and action items.
Behavioural & Leadership Advisory
Observe behavioural patterns.
Provide objective feedback.
Identify blind spots.
Improve communication effectiveness.
Support negotiation preparation.
Coach the Founder before high-stakes meetings.
Help manage cognitive load during periods of rapid growth.
Executive Decision Support
Research strategic decisions.
Evaluate options.
Prepare decision matrices.
Conduct scenario planning.
Develop SWOT and risk analyses.
Challenge assumptions respectfully.
Provide evidence-base
