We are seeking an experienced
Software Developer with strong AUTOSAR Application Layer expertise
to join our automotive software engineering team. Should have hands-on experience in
Model-Based Development (MBD)
,
embedded C programming
, and
SWE.4 testing
for automotive ECUs. Experience with testing tools such as
GTest, TPT
and working knowledge of
ASPICE processes
is good to have for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate & test
AUTOSAR Application Layer components
for automotive ECUs.
- Implement software requirements using MATLAB/Simulink/State flow for Model-Based Development.
- Develop high-quality embedded software in C following automotive coding guidelines (MISRA C preferred).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand system and software requirements.
- Write and perform SWE4 test.
- Create and execute test cases using google Test and other relevant verification tools.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE processes, participating in reviews, audits,
and documentation activities.
- Debug and resolve software issues through analysis of logs, simulations, and test environments.
- Support integration and bring‑up activities on target hardware.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience
in automotive software development.
- Proficiency in
Model-Based Development
using MATLAB/Embededcoder/Stateflow.
- Robust coding skills in embedded C.
- Experience with SWE.4 testing
- Exposure to static analysis and code quality tools (e.g., Astree, QAC).
- Hands-on experience with Google Test, TPT and similar test automation tools.
- Good understanding of ASPICE development processes and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Bazel, etc.).
- Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills.
