Leading Life Insurance Company is Hiring - Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team.

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.

Monitor recruitment KPIs

Drive 40 to 50 offer rollouts per month and ensure timely closures.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in Talent Acquisition in BFSI/Insurance (Mandatory)

Solid team handling and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record in volume hiring and achieving recruitment targets.
