About the Role

We're looking for an AI & ML Instructor to deliver live online classes, build course content from scratch, and mentor learners through real-world projects. You'll own your subject area end-to-end — from curriculum design to student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live, instructor-led online classes on AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
- Design and build the complete course curriculum and class-wise session plans for your subject
- Create your own teaching PPTs, notes, assignments, and capstone project briefs
- Guide students through hands-on projects using Python, ML frameworks, and Gen AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases)
- Conduct code reviews, doubt-clearing sessions, and periodic assessments
- Track student progress and flag learners who need extra support
- Mentor students on interview prep, portfolios, and job readiness
- Collaborate with the academic team on content updates and program improvement

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science,



or Generative AI (project, work, or prior teaching experience all count)
- Solid fundamentals in Python, ML algorithms, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development is a strong plus
- Prior experience as an instructor, mentor, TA, or workshop facilitator preferred — but not mandatory if you can demonstrate strong communication skills
- Comfortable creating original teaching material (PPTs, notes, project briefs) rather than reusing someone else's — this is core to the role
- Good internet connection, a quiet space to teach, and a working webcam/mic for live online sessions
- Excellent spoken English; Telugu is a plus for connecting with local students
