Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to join our Wizklub Sales Team in Hyderabad. The role involves connecting with parents of students from Grades 1 to 9, understanding the child’s learning needs, and guiding families toward the right Wizklub Future Skills Programs. The counselor will be responsible for explaining program benefits, handling objections, driving enrollments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills (English along with Tamil/Kannada/Telugu preferred), a passion for education, and a goal-driven mindset. Prior experience in EdTech or academic sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents (Grades 1–9) on Wizklub Programs.
- Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Give detailed information of Wizklub via calls in Tamil or Kannada.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM.
