Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and other online channels to grow brand awareness and engagement. The role involves planning and implementing marketing strategies, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring performance using web analytics tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
The person in this role will track key metrics, prepare campaign reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance digital presence and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Marketing, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Experience in Web Content Writing and content optimization for digital channels.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools is an advantage.
