About the Role
This isn't just another sales role—it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our growth. As a **Founder's Office Executive**, you'll work closely with the founder to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects the values of Artisan Archives.
You'll be the bridge between our clients and our team,
helping transform conversations into lasting partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support the founder in business development initiatives and strategic projects.
- Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
What Success Looks Like
- Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Maintaining a healthy lead-to-conversion ratio.
