Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in and around Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new B2B clients such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, caterers, and food chains, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, scheduling and attending client meetings, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and contracts,



and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, gathering client feedback, and supporting product promotions and tastings. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, prepare regular reports, and represent Krem Icecreams professionally at industry events and local business networking opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales, account management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Experience in food service, FMCG, or hospitality sales, and familiarity with local restaurants, cafes, and hotels is preferred.
- Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Solid organizational, time management, and basic CRM or sales reporting skills.
