Purpose of the position

The position ensures timely, high-quality and cost-productive ad-hoc reporting for People & Organization and for the entire Phoenix Contact Group based on corporate guidelines and standards.

In addition, the position is supporting CoE for standard reporting. (development & Support)

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

HR Reporting Delivery

Define, track, and deliver HR reports aligned with global standards; manage scheduled & ad-hoc reporting requests

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze HR data, create dashboards, and visualize trends for actionable insights

Collaboration & Integration





Partner with CoEs and HR Business Partners to integrate data from multiple sources and align reporting with business goals

Training & Enablement

HR professionals on interpreting data, using reporting tools, and applying analytics techniques

Continuous Improvement

Ensure data accuracy and compliance; implement new tools and methodologies to enhance reporting efficiency

Practical Skills

• Attention to Detail: Focus on ensuring data quality

• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions

• Technical Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in BI and reporting tools
