Job Description

This Staff Software Engineer role is for an individual with excellent software engineeringwith hands-on development experienceand a strong foundation incomputer science, full-stack development, and AI/ML technologies. This role involvessoftware initiatives, leveragingmodern programming languages, cloud platforms, APIs and Generative AIto deliver scalable, high-quality business solutions. Experience on AWS/GCP and Bigdata stack would be a robust plus.
- Design, develop,



test and deploy scalable fullstack software solutions with endtoend ownership.
- Build and enhance frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, applying strong UI/UX principles.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Java, and related technologies, including API design and integration.
- Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to drive creative solutions, improve productivity, testing, and automation.
- Responsible for Big Data SRE and engineering activities across big data and cloud environments ensuring high performance, reliability and scalability.
- Develop products, tools and processes to automate day-to-day task.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
