HaaBtek Labs is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content,



and executing both paid and organic strategies to build brand presence and foster customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and manage social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics).
- Publish content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Ensure content is consistent with our brand and optimized for engagement and SEO.

Social Media Strategy:
- Implement strategies to achieve marketing goals and boost social media presence.
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to increase engagement.
- Plan and execute campaigns to grow followers and brand awareness.

Engagement & Community Management:
- Engage with followers and manage comments/messages effectively.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Monitor and report on audience feedback.
