Experience Required: 2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, MBA (Marketing), or a related field

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (WFO)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content including posts, reels, and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and AI tools that enhance content creation, productivity, and campaign execution.
- Generate creative campaign ideas that help clients achieve business goals.
- Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots; experience in handling shoots is an added advantage.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in an IT or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, research, and workflow optimization.
