Join our data engineering team to help drive our organizations data integration strategy. As an Informatica ETL Developer, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our data pipelines. Utilizing Informatica IDMC, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient ETL mappings and workflows.

Beyond development, you will act as a primary guardian of our data ecosystem. You will monitor daily job executions, troubleshoot and resolve failures in real time, and provide comprehensive data support to downstream consumers, analysts, and stakeholders. Your work will directly impact the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of the data that fuels our most critical business decisions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration, with proven, direct experience using Informatica IDMC (formerly IICS).
- Technical Skills:




- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Experience working with modern relational databases and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Google BigQuery).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional data modeling, and cloud architecture.
- Operational Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in production support, job monitoring, and troubleshooting data pipelines in a day-to-day operational capacity.
- Familiarity with enterprise job scheduling tools and alerting mechanisms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
