Role & responsibilities
- Understand client briefs and convert them into practical execution plans.
- Lead and manage the event production team.
- Preferred candidate with a strong nationwide vendor network across categories - creative installations, fabrication, exhibitions, roadshows, new age tech and logistics.
- Plan timelines, budgets, manpower, logistics and vendor requirements.
- Manage different formats, including roadshows, exhibitions, award shows, corporate events, brand activations and large-scale events.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure competitive project costing.
- Supervise fabrication, production, installation, event execution and dismantling.
- Handle last-minute challenges and ensure smooth on-ground delivery.
- Ensure timely project closure,



vendor reconciliation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, AV, lighting, staging, dcor and logistics.
- Proven experience in independently managing multiple events.
- Strong team leadership, vendor pool and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve on-ground problems quickly.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule based on event requirements.
