Alpine Wellness LLP is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to support the recruitment needs of our US parent company, Alpine Health. This role bridges recruitment operations between India and the United States, ensuring seamless candidate sourcing, initial screening, and coordination with the US HR team for final interviews. The position requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: -
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for US-based positions.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions aligned with role requirements.
- Source potential candidates through career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and other channels.
- Manage hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, including pre-interview assessments.
