Our current engagement is a seven-month SAP S/4HANA implementation programme for a multinational pharmaceutical company. We are looking for one exceptional individual to join the Programme Management Office and work directly with the Programme Manager on this international project.

Role Description

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.

As
Project Coordinator (Executive Assistant to the Programme Manager)
, you will become the Programme Manager's right hand on a live international SAP implementation involving consultants,



clients and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

No two days will be the same.

One day you may be coordinating meetings across time zones. The next, you could be preparing presentations, formatting reports, writing emails, tracking project activities, organising documentation, following up on action items, researching information, or using AI tools to transcribe meetings and improve productivity.

You will help keep a million-dollar project moving by ensuring that information, people and deliverables stay organised, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is an intensive seven-month assignment based in our private office in Undri, Pune. Office hours are
06:30 to 16:30 IST
, aligned with Malaysia working hours. While most work is completed during these hours, projects occasionally demand flexibility beyond the standard workday.
