Role Description
The Paintshop Supervisor role is a full time, on-site position based in Sriperumbudur. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily paintshop operations, including planning and coordinating production schedules, allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. This role includes monitoring paint application processes,



maintaining equipment, managing materials and inventory, and troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime. The Paintshop Supervisor will track performance metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines. The position also involves training and guiding paintshop staff, enforcing compliance with company policies, and ensuring a clean and organized work area.
