The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations, along with a passion for solving operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI-powered agents and workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Integrate business applications, CRMs, and third-party systems.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design workflow logic, routing, and automated processes.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and document automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable automation projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience building AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or comparable AI tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience integrating multiple business applications.
- Portfolio of automation projects is preferred.
