ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an AgentOps Engineer to build, deploy, monitor and govern production AI agents. You'll operationalise multi-agent systems — orchestration, evaluation, tracing, guardrails and cost control — across our client's GenAI stack.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, Agno and the OpenAI / Claude Agent SDKs.

• Deploy agents on cloud AI platforms — AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, Databricks Agent Bricks and Snowflake Cortex.

• Implement agent observability: tracing, evaluation, guardrails, prompt/version management and regression testing.

• Build tool/function calling, RAG and memory integrations for agents.

• Monitor latency, quality, safety and token cost; optimise for reliability and spend.

• Establish AgentOps/LLMOps standards and CI/CD for agentic systems.

Certifications:
A cloud AI certification (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 4+ years in ML/AI or backend engineering, including shipping LLM/agent applications.

• Deep familiarity with agent frameworks and GenAI platforms.

• Strong grasp of evaluation, observability and cost/safety trade-offs for agents.
