Role Description
The Lead Quick Commerce role is a full-time,



in office position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving the quick commerce channel for Kimaye, including onboarding and managing quick commerce partners, optimizing product assortment, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring high service levels across platforms. The Lead Quick Commerce will monitor performance metrics, analyze data to improve conversions and customer experience, and coordinate with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. The role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan campaigns, launch new products, and maintain brand standards across online channels. The individual will also handle key account relationships, resolve operational issues, and continuously identify growth opportunities in the quick commerce segment.
