We are looking for an experienced Embedded Linux Developer with strong expertise in Linux Kernel, Device Driver Development, BSP, and Board Bring-up for embedded SoC platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and debug Linux kernel and device drivers for peripherals such as GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, NAND/NOR, eMMC, and DDR.
- Work on BSP development, kernel porting/upgrades, driver integration, and board bring-up activities.
- Debug complex hardware-software issues using JTAG, J-Link, Oscilloscope, and Logic Analyzer.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Embedded Linux System Software/Driver Development.
- Strong programming skills in C and Linux kernel programming.
- Good understanding of Linux internals: Scheduler, Memory Management, IPC, DMA, IOMMU, Interrupts,
and Multi-threading.
- Experience with ARM/x86 architectures, multi-core systems, and embedded SoCs.
- Hands-on experience with U-Boot, board bring-up, and hardware debugging.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PCIe, Ethernet, GPU, Display, Multimedia, or USB drivers.
- Exposure to Yocto/Buildroot environments.
- Knowledge of RTOS, OpenGL, or OpenCL is a plus.
