Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
* Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until closure.
* Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
* Negotiate prices and terms to successfully close sales.
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
* Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop relationships with channel partners and brokers.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
