Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Junior Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and support the growth of Ganit's AI, Analytics, and Data Engineering services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business development, consultative selling, stakeholder management, and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can effectively understand client business challenges, position Ganit's Data & AI solutions, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop current business opportunities across target industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges and requirements.
- Position Ganit's AI,



Analytics, and Data Engineering solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, commercials, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Support end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.

Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with delivery, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
