Role & responsibilities
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Techno-Commercial Engineer to drive sales and provide technical support for Machine Monitoring systems - solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, capable of handling end-to-end customer engagement from requirement analysis to solution delivery.
- Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams for pricing and solution finalization. Technical Support & Solutioning
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and customer training sessions.
- Assist in system integration and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Support installation and commissioning activities when required. Customer Engagement




- Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolution.
- Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
- Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist .
- Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
