Key Responsibilities
- Security & Compliance Management:
- Oversee and maintain compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and other relevant security frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, guidelines, and circulars related to information security in the financial services domain.
- Conduct internal and external security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Risk & Threat Management:
- Perform regular risk assessments and security gap analyses to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor for security incidents, analyze threats, and lead incident response activities to minimize impact.
- Develop and implement proactive security measures to counter emerging threats, including phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks.
- Infrastructure & Application Security:
- Review and approve security configurations for critical payment infrastructure, including payment gateways, switches, and databases.




- Collaborate with the development and operations teams to embed security best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Manage and configure security tools such as WAF (Web Application Firewall), PAM, SIEM, Anti-Virus, IDS/IPS, and DLP solutions.
- Policy & Governance:
- Develop, update, and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Act as a point of contact for all information security matters, liaising with internal teams and external auditors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in information security.
- Demonstrable experience with PCI-DSS and RBI regulations in the context of a Payment Services company.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL Change Management principles and practices.
