Job Purpose
The position supports Lead HR (TM & Acquisition) in planning & seamless deployment of Talent

Staffing processes across manufacturing vertical & Birla White with efficiency and true-spirit with

positive employee experience and to support in aligning the talent strategy with business strategy

by implementing innovative and inclusive talent practices to attract & retain talent. Key

Deliverable includes - Support in managing recruitment activities for key roles hired centrally and

track the implementation of Talent Staffing processes as per guidelines and custodian of

database maintenance and regular updates. Preparing Quarterly and monthly MIS & Reports on

regular basis.

KRAs Supporting Actions

Talent Staffing Ensuring compliance to talent staffing process at unit

level and by developing capabilities of recruiters. In

collaboration with talent staffing BCOE, explore &

encourage alternate means of sourcing viz employee

referrals, job portals, pro-active hiring through Poornata,

social platforms etc. for optimising recruitment process.





Analyse the quarter wise news hires experience and

suggest the action plans to make hiring as a signature

process. Ensure quality of hire (QoH) by analysing recent

hire s early job performance, manager feedback, potential

and suggest the actions plan for enhancing QoH. Track

and manage joining announcement and management

moves circulars along with consensus of all stakeholders.

Check the hiring recommendations received from units

with manpower approvals & hiring process compliances

Analyse monthly recruitment MIS and report TAT, hiring

source and cost trends. Maintain and update the

database of surplus manpower and monitor the vacancies

for their placement. Maintain database of resumes

received from various sources and track their progress for

action Provide support in developing periodic strategic

workforce planning
