Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Social Media Marketer role based in Kanpur. The Social Media Marketer will manage and grow Profinity’s presence across social platforms by planning and executing campaigns, publishing content, and engaging with online audiences. Daily responsibilities include creating and adapting posts, stories, and short-form video content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, staying current with fintech and social media trends, and ensuring brand consistency in all communications.

Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing skills across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video or reel production.
- Ability to analyze social media performance data, interpret insights, and refine campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as paid social advertising, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to brand voice and consistency.
