We're hiring a Jr. Marketing Executive to support our marketing across digital channels and grow into a sharp, all round marketer.

Role Overview

This is a junior role inside a rapid scaling software and systems company working with clients across Western markets.

You'll support the day to day of Brandsquare's marketing: content, social, campaigns, basic ads, and reporting, and learn how disciplined marketing turns into real results.

We care more about hunger and hustle than a long CV. If you're curious, consistent, and eager to learn, this role fits.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Support
- Help plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms
- Keep the content calendar and posting schedule on track
- Engage with comments and inbound interactions professionally
- Support brand consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone

Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns and launches end to end
- Help coordinate creatives, copy, and publishing schedules
- Assist with basic paid ads on Meta and Google under guidance




- Help keep campaigns aligned with brand positioning

Lead Generation & Funnel Support
- Support inbound lead generation initiatives
- Assist with landing pages, CTAs, and simple funnels
- Help track lead sources and basic performance metrics

Analytics & Reporting
- Track basic performance metrics across channels
- Help prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Share what's working and what isn't

SEO & Website Support
- Support website content updates and basic SEO practices
- Coordinate blog publishing and internal linking

Coordination & Consistency
- Work closely with design, content, and leadership teams
- Keep marketing trackers organized and current
- Follow systems, respect deadlines, and take feedback well

Requirements
- A genuine hunger to learn marketing and grow
- A feel for social media and what makes content work
- Comfortable written English
