About the Role Act as a key point of contact for test management expertise, specializing in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and End to End testing of systems. Understand knowledge and expertise held within the testing team and employ efficiently to manage testing during the request lifecycle. Ensure the quality of testing methods and processes are performed to the highest level possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for test management expertise, specializing in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and End to End testing of systems.
- Manage usage of a variety of testing tools to achieve optimum strategy and testing efficiency.
- Strive to constantly ensure the quality of testing methods and processes carried out are performed to the highest level possible.
- Help drive quality business analysis efforts to include a structured view on business requirement production and traceability through to user acceptance testing.
- Manage projects and project resources to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product in line with signed-off business requirements and documented business process.
- Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication is maintained by the Test Team to all stakeholders.
- Execute BAT test cases and test scripts to verify the functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during BAT, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with the development and configuration teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during BAT.
